Turin Castle is a 5* venue, near the small town of Forfar. Since 1659, the venue has been a haven, hidden from the rest of the world. You will find it hard not to sit back and relax in the opulence. The luxury continues throughout the castle, with relaxed spaces for dining, drinking and curling up in front of the fire. Even in January it is possible to have hot drinks and night caps in one of the two beautifully lit fire pit areas.

What to Expect

Our retreat weekends are exclusively designed to ensure you experience Scotland at its very best. Turin Castle has all the modern luxuries you could ask for but still holds true to its period character. Every room has been tastefully appointed. All of the stunning en-suite bedrooms have views over the castle grounds and are light and spacious, with distinctive furniture and style influenced from worldwide travel. The six indoor reception rooms include the tartan lounge, the conservatory, dining room, music room, library, wine cellar, bar & games room - there are plenty of peaceful corners that you can find to unwind in.

Nutrition

Nourishing, sustainably sourced and delicious plant based food is at the heart of this retreat and a relaxed and delicious food adventure is an integral part of the retreat*.

The seasonal menus will provide energising breakfasts, warming lunches and a divine two course evening meal.

Little Extras

There are several outdoor firepit areas to enjoy evening drinks while looking back towards the castle. All guests receive a pair of wellies and a cashmere blanket for the weekend. 

 

Bedrooms

Each of the ten luxury bedroom suites is designed to the highest specifications and has its own ensuite or private bathroom and stunning views of the surrounding gardens and countryside. Three of the rooms can accommodate 2 guests, 7 of the rooms are single occupancy or for a couple.
