Our retreats are designed to challenge, inspire and deepen your understanding of Classical Pilates, while offering the space to unwind and restore. Each retreat centres around carefully programmed Pilates sessions - on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Towers and mat delivered with precision and intention.

Every venue is hand-selected for its design, setting and atmosphere, and each weekend is thoughtfully structured to balance movement, rest and renewal. Time is given not only to work out, but to relax, reflect and re-charge.

Food and nutrition are integral to the retreat experience. We collaborate with local chefs to create beautifully considered plant-based and pescatarian menus, inspired by the season and tailored to support the energy and rhythm of the weekend. Every dish is designed to restore balance, nourish the body and promote a healthy gut, complementing the wellness focus of the retreat.

The retreats are organised and led by our highly trained Classical Pilates teachers, Sophie and Louise (bios available on our About Us page), ensuring a refined, supportive and expertly guided experience from start to finish.
